    sounds like a cool idea in general, and i get the deliberately shoddy editing etc

    but i just CANNOT watch a movie where they purposefully use low-quality sound

    i mean sure go ahead and use the shitty PEW! CHING! gunshot effects from the seventies

    but if i can't hear the actors properly then I'm not gonna watch it
