I was German Club treasurer and Chess Club "communications director" (Because I realized they had free pizza, started showing up, told other people about the free pizza, and got them to show up). I was an Eagle Scout. I took five AP courses, and got 3s to 5s on all of their tests. I graduated with over 150 hours of volunteer work.

I was the pinnacle of the student who was just never interested in busy work, and did anything else to stay busy.

i'm pretty stressed because i had to do my TOK paper rough draft and and my history IA over the winter break and i still haven't.

and that's my fault, but ehh i'll get it done.


the program at my school isn't even that great, it's underfunded and our coordinator is completely inept.

and starting next year they're apparently getting rid of the 3.0 gpa requirement that usually gets people kicked out of the program at the end of sophomore year.

and like, i don't care, but that was really the only thing that separated the people who could handle the work, and people who were just going to waste their time and end up not passing.

Australia must be weird because IB were just a sort of extra thing you could do at my high school and doesn't have much effect on what college you can go to. Unless you're going for that IB degree thing YaYa.

Also in a semi-related thought, I'm really surprised I managed to get a B in my Computer Science class last semester considering I missed so many classes and the final project didn't work as intended.
