    In the next panel, Gabe has a cardboard tube sword the size of California and for some strange reason an ocelot tail that gives him magical powers. After fighting a bunch of zombie warriors, he flies off in his gundam.

    This comic isn't that deep. It's an anime joke about escaping a zany situation involving a crazy cosplaying anime fan at a convention. This isn't highbrow shit.

    Oh my god, the resignation in Tycho's face and words. Just the awful, like "uuuuuggggh yes I stole your memories" thing. And then I guess, what, he decides to try to make it fun by refusing to give them back? I really like this one.

    Also, substituting a log for your real body is pretty cool. Those ninja powers are great for exactly this kind of thing.

    I remember when they kept hyping up the one special where the dude would remove his mask and finally expose himself to the wrath of all the magicians whose tricks he'd ruined

    and they made it out to be this SHOCKING SECRET

    and then it turned out to be some dude named Valentino that nobody had ever heard of
