Notes: Single room, non-smoking. Asked for two beds. I will be staying in this room as well. Max occupancy of room is 4 according to hotel. Might end up having to bring a sleeping bag or whatever accommodations you will find necessary to deal with not having a bed to sleep on if enough people ask for spots. I stayed at this hotel last year and the year before. It is nothing special, but it provides you a bed to sleep on at night, and is a short, brisk walk from the convention center. I am a tidy houseguest, and don't plan on partying or watching TV all night. I will arrive in the evening on the 3rd, but you may check in at any time past noon.

Two beds in the room, one is mine, one can be yours for even split on cost. I'm a local professional who believes in daily showers and getting enough sleep...and getting out of the house for a few days for PAX. 10 yo daughter may join for Saturday night (she loves Freezepop).
I just canceled a weekend-long bed reservation at the fully-booked Green Tortoise hostel, so if anyone wants to try and get in there, the number is 1-888-424-6783. The free bed is in the cheapest, 8-person dorms, so prices should work out to $30 a night or thereabouts.
