    Day 0- Once more into the breach...

    We stood in the smoking crater of what once was the hall of the Mayoral elect for the city of Karskiv. The Basalisk land cannons had left little to clean up and in our thirteen hour hump here we only lost five men.

    We were told that the Orks were making their move to take some remote manufacturing factoriums on Alderban a desolate planetoid near the dreaded Eye of Terror. Nothing lived near the Eye save that of the traitorous Chaos hordes, and of course Commissar Chevvann La'vey wanted nothing more than to prevent the green skins from being brought to bear against the Empire in the never ending war against the unnameable Gods of Chaos.

    An hour after our cleanup of the hall, one of our Kasarkin scouting patrols returned, their cry's of pain ripping through the air. One held his arm and it took a minute before I realized it wasn't even attached.

    I threw up.


    Word around the campfire was that the Ork army's were getting bigger by the day, more and more of those damned green skins being attracted to the banner of their warlord.

    The sickening green spiral of the eye glared balefully down upon us, huddled in twos and threes.

    It was going to be a long night...

    The victory at the Mayoral hall was a minor one, but still successful enough to boost the moral of the troops. All players with the (Grunt) tag have their votes counted double today.

    Julius Caezure: The 'vote' action only refers to the Villages vote.

    So...No, the Village vote can not be 'guarded' against. Guards only guard against Vigilante Kills and certain other undisclosed actions.
