would running it in a mini-phalla slot be the best course of action?
up to 25 players, daily action, inevitable death of most/all characters involved, win conditions, etc.

Yeh, it sounds more like you're just creating your own mini-PBP type game and not an actual Phalla. Which, I guess, means you could just run it as a PBP game separate from the phalla schedule? It sounds like it could be some fun though.

My "Death Note mini" I was working out some more of the mechanics, and then realized I could do some real fun new things, but the vote started becoming more and more inappropriate, so I dropped it.
And at that point I declared it would be a future PbP, not a mini-phalla.
And then I was free to get carried away further working on the mechanics~
Hopefully I'll get a chance to finish that off and run it soon. Probably not going to work out with PAX right away, mayyyyybe I'll fit it in.
I have mostly assembled a fairly basic mini, it just needs editing and formatting and all that good jazz. There's one mini running and a main starting up right now, right?
