So I have 2 infractions, both for reporting spam posts. One I obviously fucked up and thought I learned my lesson, the second was a poster within a thread that looked suspicious and my "response" was reply within my own thread in help/advice...
So, is it one of the actual rules that you're not supposed to log into your accout from any IP of another user from the forums? Or is that just something trotted out as evidence if you're accused of something real?
It wasn't logging in using your account on another member's computer, it was logging into a dumb joke alt on another member's computer.
I think the lesson is that we are judged by the company we keep.

This works on multiple levels with that situation.
I actually do have an infraction for reporting a spam post, though.
In a ridiculously snarky and irritating way, of course, but it was a report nonetheless.
Oh so this reminded me since the infraction comes up private and this would be the thread to ask. Is private any infraction that occurs as a result of abusing the report button or PMs? Like if I went insane and for some reason decided it would be a smart idea to PM a mod hate filled profanity, besides being an incredibly retarded thing to do would it come up as a private infraction?
How about profile infraction? Would that be something like if I had a 5MB avatar or a giant sig?
Maybe they both were at the San Diego comic con and since all the PA people try to meet up for these things, they were in the same place at the same time (perhaps the hotel or something), got in an elevator, Tube went "man I have to take a shit" and Sarukun responded with pushing all the elevator buttons? That's all I can come up with.

Or doing something like, 'hey, I've got cracked games. PM me if you want Crysis.'
Actually, that dude would probably just be banned outright, but anybody who took him up on the offer and PMed him, if they too were not forcefed the ban stick, would be hit with a profile infraction.

EDIT: PAX is in September.
Or maybe people on the internet hang out in real life
It's a possibility

Is it strange that I find Tube's Circus to be one of the most entertaining subforums?
Nope. I think most people who come here would say the same thing. See, while all the forums have entertaining aspects, there are far less threads and posts here, so the entertainment is delivered in the form of a concentrate.

Someone last year was jailed for three months for being rude to me at PAX.
In my defense they were very rude
What's the story there? Like were they just "Fuck you!" all the time?

Everything I've ever gotten has been gotten in one of two ways:
1. Being part of a mob of 20-some people that all get infracted at once for shitting on an obviously doomed thread.
2. Arguing with someone so much the thread gets dragged off-topic.
I try not to, but on occasion I drop my guard and let my id take over.

I have a new soccer blog The Minnow Tank. Reading it psychically kicks Sepp Blatter in the bean bag.

Maybe some people like being jailed?
It seems counterintuitive, but it would explain the vast volumes of infractions some people have managed to collect.
Infractions and warnings are messages you should probably change behavior. Being jailed is "hey you really fucked up so cut it out".

@gamefacts - Totally and utterly true gaming facts on the regular!

Tube infracted Thanatos with the message "Failing to adequately die in a fire".
Tube shows no mercy for incorrect usage of rimshot.
Unless of course Tube actually looks like a dog-wizard...

Mostly.
Which is probably infractable in and of itself, but here we are.
Yeah, pretty much this for myself.

That is ridiculous. You're ridiculous.

Having an alt is not Shankusu's Gambit. It's when two (or more) posters are sharing the same alt.
