Yeah, we'll get started on the 7th barring any crazy shit happening.
We'll be beginning in media res, with the group of you taking on a cultist cell, so we can skip the 'getting to know each other' phase and move right into kicking eldritch ass.
So on that note, I need you guys to establish a chain of command between yourselves. Go!
I likely outrank enlisted, having a high non-commissioned rank, but any full officer will outrank me.
Not sure where that puts me, really depends on if any others are soldiers or civilians. And how GhOST determines chain of command with a military / civilian mix.
I'm essentially just a GhOST jarhead, so I'd be at the bottom of the command chain barrel.

My guy MIGHT outrank some of you, but the guys behind the desk aren't gonna give him too many promotions. The name alone probably means he outranks enlisted.
Well, just work out who's on top and who's on the bottom. Use whatever metrics you want to determine who's got a higher rank, but this is a military game so somebody in the squad has to technically be in charge and answerable to your higher-ups.

I'd probably be on the high-side, just so the guys behind the desk can stick forks in me when things go south.

Cody Bannon was always looking for the easy way out. Why work when you can just pop the locks and take what you want? He spent his teens living a life of petty larceny, slipping into places he shouldn't go, fast-talking his way out of situations, and generally being a "go to" guy for those who wanted to get things they couldn't otherwise reach.
Until he was caught, of course. The pitfalls of arrogance, coupled with the irresistible allure of money, put him into a situation he couldn't easily get out of - 10 years hard time. But his talents didn't go unnoticed and after only 6 months, he was "killed in a prison riot"... which was just the excuse to lift him from the slam, and give him a new identity with GhOST.
I have doubts I'll ever get to play it, but I'm sorely tempted to at least snag the core book if I can find it at a local gaming shop. Amazon wants over $50 for it, so that's out for now, even if that's the actual price.

But yeah. At your FLGS, it'll be 50. If they even carry it... very few do.
Good job, operatives!
Next week will probably be a late game(like Midnight,) but it will also probably be free of combat, so that's nice.
