I actually would have to organize a fan club.
It would start small, real grass-roots internet campaign.
T-Shirts, Mugs, membership cards, that sort of thing.
Start doing some small Munkus appreciation conventions at airport Hiltons.
Maybe once we were roughly 1,000 strong, call ourselves the Munkus Mob or some such.
Showing up as entire groups to events like Pax, GenCon, what have you.
Handing out literature that clearly explains why your One True Vision was clearly superior to anything else.
After a while, we'd begin to induct members in droves, each having to submit to their local Munkus Mob chapter's illuminati-esque initiation.
Soon Your power and influence would spread beyond geo-political boundaries, high ranking officials all over the planet would swear fealty to the Munkus Mob. Your One True Vision would be the doctrine to which each nation would govern itself under.
Or shit I dunno we can make some funny posters or something.

Unless he's talking about something else; haven't watched either of them in a while.
The actual sleeping with his staff happened many years ago.
People forget (thanks in part to Leno's lame sniping) that what happened recently is some douchebag tried to blackmail him over it.
But years ago, nobody heard about it. It wasn't until after the blackmail part went public that the story became known and audiences would get any references to it.

At first I was pretty pissed at Leno for the way this all went down, but Kevin Smith has made some really good points on Twitter about how NBC is really to blame here. This all started because of their crappy decision making.

Yeah I dunno. Kevin Smith sucks Stan Lee's dick and it's still ambiguous how much Lee fucked over Kirby. I think Stan Lee is pretty awesome, but Kevin Smith isn't exactly who I would go to for the word on celebrity culpability. And the idea that Leno couldn't solve all this nonsense by just stepping down and not fucking over The Tonight Show is ridiculous.

The dumbest thing about the 'haha Letterman has sex get it' jokes is that Jay also wants to imply that Dave is old...and on AARP and using Viagra (he did this on a stupid Bing advertisement bit gaaaaah it's sooo dumb)
Letterman is only 3 years older than Jay.
I really couldn't see him doing this for too much longer, Johnny Carson was in his early 60s when Leno first took over and now they don't really have any viable successors when Leno finally hits the bricks. Even if Leno does it for 5-7 more years Fallon won't have the experience.
