it doesn't hold sauce or toppings very well compared to flatter noodles
also chopping up spaghetti defeats the purpose of eating spaghetti in the first place
if you are chopping it up, just buy a smaller pasta
I don't really have a favorite pasta. I like them all. A little less than I used to, because I ate it three or four times a week for years, but I still like pasta.
That's why you chop spaghetti into small chunks and then just fork that shit up into your mouth.

A month or two ago, I had a huge craving for pasta, so I just cooked up a whole damn bunch along with a variety of sauces and other stuff to go with it.
Linguine, whole wheat rotini, and tortellini.
Grilled fresh chicken with some herbs and spices, and meatballs.
Mixed veggies, marinara, alfredo, and pesto
I gorged on pasta for at least a week. Mixed up the sauces and meat and veggies and pasta into all sorts of different combinations.
What is the best spaghetti sauce from a jar? I generally hate all of it (ends up too watery). I never have this problem with alfredo sauce (except when I reheat it)
