I genuinely don't understand the aversion to the ads some people have
I can understand for when you're browsing certain places
but the ads pay for the content
and here, they're tailor picked by the proprietors of the site as products or services they personally endorse
I am not such a busy man that I can't sit through a fifteen second advertisement for something in order to pay my due for content I enjoy
spyware
malware
adware
privacy concerns
and random malicious or even poorly-coded javascript that mucks up computers.
i will whitelist certain pages (like PA) when i trust the site. but even sites i trust have their ads generated by third-parties, and those third-parties have a tendency to royally fuck up and let some malicious ad go through.
i also don't appreciate companies placing tracking cookies on my computer to check out what sites i visit. not only is it annoying, it's one of the few things left where i can actively protect my privacy.
i understand the need to fund website operations, but frankly it's not worth me having to run a spybot scan every god damn day just because i want to go to cnn.com.
having worked for various college IT departments and needing to remove a really nasty vundo/virtumonde infection every other week, i am doubly paranoid about my own systems.
no, until ad servers find a way to prevent malware/spyware from doing these things, Adblock stays. and ad companies are never going to uniformly do that.
"When we last saw our intrepid heroes they had just kicked Bungie out of the Table Tennis arena, check your local listings for our next exciting adventure."
And the next Blamimation won't be until the 19th I think.
I love their expressions. They want to sell it so bad.
They were aiming for a ridiculous picture. Tycho is rocking out a PSP and Gabe is holding the X-Box controller backwards.
On the topic of ads, I am supportive and all, but I hate it with a passion when the ad tries to play before it is sufficiently loaded and it stutters all the way through, making a 15 second ad into 27 seconds of pain.

...and when you are done with that; take a folding
chair to Creation and then suplex the Void.

Unless it is a Blamimation. I enjoy them, but I don't await them with excitement.

If its a blammination I'll slit your wrists and drink your soul.
If its not, then I'm ecstatic and eager.
I'm not gonna lie, I was always too lazy to download and listen to a podcast.
How lazy is that? Super lazy, I know.
But the point is that streaming video equivalents to podcasts are far superior.
Also the Blamimations have been hilarious enough to fill in once a month.
if truth be told I look a bit more forward to them than the regularly scheduled pa tvs.

With the exception of the first month, it's supposed to be the same schedule every month I believe.
get out of here with your "logic"

GIVE IT.
i know i've seen this picture before a few times
it's still hilarious and happily it's the first thing that comes to mind when i think of mike and jerry.
Entire families have started camping in line already.
Ahaha that interview is great.
I love how funny those two can be on the fly. Not every funny person ends up being that funny in interviews.

those people are entirely too pretty to be lined up for PATV.
Unless the next episode has Khoo topless, then I can understand it
:C
On the subject of a new episode of PATV tomorrow; I am rock hard.
They were aiming for a ridiculous picture. Tycho is rocking out a PSP and Gabe is holding the X-Box controller backwards.
