Actually, the best advice I can give is to watch the first two thirds of the movie, and then theater-hop to a different movie.
Much like District 9, it starts off with a strong, socially-conscious premise and some effective psychological metaphors... and then can't figure out what the hell to do with them, so it throws them all away and fills in the gaps with generic action flick.

Some people have really weird views about how sexuality and power work. I've also noticed a correlation between guys who think women have all of the sexual power and how often they get laid. And while correlation isn't causation, I'd be seriously looking at it if I was getting that little sex.
