I am pretty sure my landlord is racist. I am trying to get out of my lease by finding someone to take over. My landlord keeps saying that he's worried about violence and drugs in the house. While that's a legitimate concern, he says it in such a way to make it sound like "you know, those people."

I woke up this morning with a bad hangover
