If they made it and it's not 2D, they'd pretty much have to shrink the roster way down. MvC2 could be so huge because they simply collected all the Vs. series sprites they'd been making for the past 6 years plus a small set of new ones. Making 56+ new characters in a new style would either take a very long time or look very cheaply done.
Anyone down for some SFIV on the 360? Wanna get some practice in for a tournament tomorrow. Apparently some Portland players are coming up and it's my job to not look like a scrub or something.

That sucks, as I know the guy from there who won last time plays Sagat and there aren't any Sagat players around here to practice against.
I play Sagat almost exclusively. There's a few guys who I played against during our never completed tournament last year. If I'm around tonight I'd totally play a few games with you. XboxID = RabidDeathMoose.
I'm borrowing a friend's fightstick to see if I can like it enough to get one of my own. I tried doing some training as a character I know (Sagat) and was having a hard time with even a lot of the simple stuff.
Maybe if I try to pick up a new character and learn it as my stick character I'd do better?
So i am getting into this SF4 business. I am maining Abel, I can do his challenges consistently up to the second hard challenge. I was wondering if this was game was like Brawl where training in arcade mode is an awful idea and will make me horrible. How do I get better from here? What will make me kick your asses? Guide me internet.

i also think it'd be awkward looking since mvsc is a different (faster) game
especially since i feel like all interviews have the various directors saying how happy they are with the 2.5D style (or whatever they're calling it)
i had a lot of fun with sc4 for a while, but in retrospect i don't think it's a very good fighting game.
that doesn't mean it can't be hella fun, of course. ps be a true playa, use yoshimitsu
i got to be pretty good with Shura tonight! big ass titties hangin down

You beat me, and that was the last match I got to play in it.
It might have been the last match anyone played in it.

If it has a good story mode.
But I'd rather they did a new Last Blade and have it look like that.
JOKES!
Cody is like some mythical greek demigod who's in a perpetual state of breaking-out-of-jail.

It was a mistake.
So what made you think that it could be anything but a mistake?
There has been a couple really good ones.

It makes me cry that that's a joke/
It's not like I didn't realize right away that it was an April Fool's joke.
It's just that it hurts so much even knowing that it was a joke.
