Guard (the robed figure) is probably the Monk or Priest; I can't think of anyone else in game who potentially has guard abilities who would be described as 'robed' instead of 'armored'. I can't think of ANY monster type with Guard who'd be 'robed' (feel free to make suggestions, though), so I'll assume that's not a mafia guard.

Death is a monster, yes, and an appropriately nasty one. NOTE: DO NOT USE A WAND OF DEATH OF DEATH. In game this boots his hp way up. This assumes there's such a wand floating around the game somewhere, but if Death's around, that probably is, too.

Well, it was 'we' or say 'I killed', and be accused of being the dragon; or saying 'they killed' while talking about the village and be accused of being non-village.
It's a joke, I'm intimating the dog is the MOST HORRIBLE of monsters arrayed against us, the village killed it, and since it's dead, the game's effectively over. There's no whoops. Oy.
(On the other hand, you know dragons are totally cool, that's why D&D doesn't stand for 'Dungeons and Dogs'. Dragons are awesome, admit it)

Then, one half (rounded up) of all items are randomly destroyed
Finally, all remaining items are randomly distributed amonst the voters
