Basically Hulk has vendetta against most of Earth's heroes and he's coming back to get some sweet, sweet revenge.
Countdown from DC
The "sequel" to DC's 52, also a weekly series. Major Plot points include: The Search for Ray Palmer, Mary Marvel being corrupted by Eclipso, Pied Piper and The Trickster being chained together(:winky:) and Darkseid ruining everybody's shit.

Starring Robert Downey Jr., Terrence Howard and Gwyneth Paltrow, directed by Jon Favreau. That is the prototype armor that Tony Stark builds in captivity.

They launched him into space like half a year before Civil War. Your friend was pretty dumb about the whole end of Hulk thing. I mean they continued his story in 'Planet Hulk' and it was heavily implied that he would return to Earth to fuck some shit up.

It's very gladiator like. He was captured and forced to fight in an arena when he first landed on the alien planet.

Giving him any accessory other then the Infinity Gauntlet is dumb.
He was actually weakened when he landed on that alien planet, and was put into gladiator tournaments. So I think that's why he is wearing it. However, he has since gotten "better" and is as strong as he ever was - if not stronger. So I would assume he would take the armor off as well. I think its just his I-mean-business-suit, because I mean, what aliens would follow a dude wearing nothing but purple shorts?

I think they explain that somewhat in the space-fight. He's in space, without any sound its just him looking like he's about to bite your head off. Though i agree he does have that expression a lot...his tongue must be dry.
