    I am really annoyed at how hard it is to maintain evil karma in new vegas

    killing everyone doesn't work because killing fiends gives you good karma

    and there are so many of them

    like after I did the fiend vault and murdered the prison

    even though I stole everything I saw and killed half of novac

    I did nothing but good things, but stole everything I saw, and I was super evil. So evil that Cass tried to murder me. But one quick Powder Ganger genocide at the prison turned my karma guy into a little pipboy jesus.

    i shot a prospector because his head wrap looked cool

    put it on, didnt like it, left it on his corpse

    felt badass

    also the recharger rifle is tight but im afraid that i wont be able to repair it

    at least i got these weapon repair kits from my preorder bonus

    You can make repair kits at a workbench too. All they require is a wrench, scrap metal and... I wanna' say duct tape. Then you can willy-nilly repair all you want!

    I want to murder whoever thought putting games on pc was any sort of good idea. Whenever I try to launch this all I get is the windows 7 loading thing for about 5 seconds then nothing happens.

    I have tried every fix I can find online, and nothing works. Anyone got anything which could help? This is really irritating me now

    It's times like this I really curse not having the cash for a tv or a console

    I got a computer as a combination gift and using some money I had saved when my five year old bottom of the line dell laptop broke. The specs are fine to run new vegas, which is why I'm so frustrated with it

    Drivers are all updated (sorted that this afternoon)

    It is patched

    It just doesn't like loading for some reason

    Trying a new install now, otherwise I'm just gonna leave it for tomorrow

    The problem might have been steam running in compatibility mode, which I've now fixed

    so ED-E has disappeared in my game as well now
    I was clearing the ants in the power generator building for the boomers, after having heard that energy weapons and fire would cause the ants to detonate. so of course, ED-E scores a kill after my dumbass forgets to take him outside and leave him there, there's a fucking gigantic explosion, somehow I'm mostly unharmed, Cass is unconscious, ED-E is nowhere to be found

    did you get the "E-DE has died" message? if not, he might have gotten pushed through the geometry or something, try fast-travelling somewhere.

    that's what I do whenever Boone disappears or gets stuck somewhere.

    I still had the perk you get for having him as a companion and I didn't see any message about him dying, and he didn't appear when I zoned out of the power plant

    I had a recent enough save so I just reloaded that and told ED-E to wait this time

    he follows me, but won't attack
