    I have some real issues with joint laxity(so the doctor said) in my arms and hands, presumably brought on several years ago by heavy computer use.

    I have taken no real steps to address this because I am a dumb shit.

    On the upside, I'm double jointed in my fingers.

    I do this with clocks, and I don't really understand the how or why. It's like there are two distinct sounds, yet they are interchangeable with each other.

    I think part of the reason people can't whistle is that everyone is shit at explaining how to whistle

    you don't pucker your lips and blow

    that's called blowing

    whisper the word "who" under your breath

    pay attention to the way that feels in the back of your throat

    now pucker your lips

    and whisper the word "who" under your breath but don't move your lips when you do it

    that is how you whistle.
