It's OK! Slaanesh is obviously going for points. Not enough Heroes and Nobles on the board.

That's a bit of a "When did you stop beating your wife?" question.
I look at the board and see not-quite-equal chances for you and Slaanesh to double-tick. Yours, admittedly, relies on having at least one free and one <= 1 cost magic card.
However
If I play my Bloodletter on Slaanesh, he walks out of the region and ticks while reducing my chance to tick to 75%. At this point if you can double-tick, you will.
If I play my Bloodletter on you, you either eat it and give me a chance to counter Slaanesh's two-tokens with two of my own, or Teleport my Bloodletter into Slaanesh, which vastly increases the chance that neither you nor Slaanesh will double tick.

Oh? There is about twice the normal number of Nobles and Heroes as there is at a normal first turn. Slaanesh also get the first upgrade at two dials. And an extra two Nobles at dial three.
I had earlier considered dumping my last two points into reining in any 2-token double ticks, but the extra Hero in The Empire quietly quashed my quandary.

Well, if I were you I'd go after Slaanesh. Mostly because I'm still me and want to win with Tzeentch
New graphics?! Are those the ones FunkyWaltDogg finished up, or are they from a different source? In either case, perhaps you will need to change the credits in the OP, since the art isn't technically from me in full anymore. "... board graphics originally by MrBlarney, current graphics courtesy of ______." Something like that.
And now I wonder if I should update my template to compete...
2. Hero Tokens are resolved - Bloodsworn REALLY dies in The Empire.
3. Resolve Old World cards - The player with the smallest Threat score (Nurgle) places an additional Hero token in any region where there is already a Hero token - i.e. The Empire.
4. Score Ruined Regions - none
5. Advance Threat Dials - Khorne had 2 and all others had 1 so Khorne ticks twice and all others tick once. Khorne:
6 - +4 VP
12 - Upgrade Card Nurgle:
5 - +3 VP Tzeentch:
7 - Place 1 Warpstone Slaanesh:
8 - +3 VP
6. Check for Game end - The game does not end.
Things that need to happen:
Khorne to choose an Upgrade Card
Tzeentch to place a Warpstone
I'll reveal the next Old World card; Nurgle to make any decisions
Tzeentch may discard a card before drawing back up to 5
