There needs to be at least 1 high lvl zerg stream out there that isn't full of losses.

I will throw you on the land and hurl you on the open field. I will let all the birds of the air settle on you and all the beasts of the earth gorge themselves on you. I will spread your flesh on the mountains and fill the valleys with your remains. I will drench the land with your flowing blood all the way to the mountains, and the ravines will be filled with your flesh. - Ezekiel 32: 4-6
MrBitter's 12 weeks w da pros thing doing ling/bane v P right now.

Sucks I can't see the stream but it should give you enough map control early and early-mid game with just banes and slings to take a third or get a super early macro hatch.
You should be able to add infestors rather early and get even more map control. Might also need to go hydra if he goes air. Should be OK to avoid roaches altogether (maybe... haven't tried this bit yet).
Most of this is theory craft... I tried it vs a low-master toss recently and it worked very well up to the lair part, where my brain just shut down.
I'm confused. Isn't this suppose to show the validity of ling/bling vs protoss? I saw no blings. Toss just left him alone for the first 20 minutes or so and then it turned into ultra/ling/broodlord. *yawn*

he went ling/blings early just to get map dominance to get early third and stuff
the toss couldnt move out even in the midgame due to fear of a sling/bling counterattack killing off his base (although i do agree the protoss was pretty damn passive)
Soooo... TL's post on the GSL this season has team power rankings. If I remember right, they rated IM #1 and OGS/Liquid #2, I'm at work - so I can't check for sure what the others are, but I noticed it only included teams currently competing in the GSL. So, two questions for you guys: 1) Do you agree with their rankings and 2) Where do you think teams like Root, EG, Mouz, ect. would fit into the rankings (if they were competeing in Korea)
This next game on MrBitters is gonna be the exact same I think.

mouz has a couple of players that I think could possibly compete
idk about root. I love kiwi and qxc but I don't think I'd place them at that level yet. maybe I'm wrong.
EG has idra at the least, and incontrol came as close as huk to qualifying for gsl... difference being huk practiced his ass off in korea following that and incontrol started announcing announcements.

You know what's awesome? A mis-rallied colossus walking straight through a bunch of siege tanks.
Luckily I recovered because, hey, bronze.
I totally know what you mean... On my way up to Gold I kept making mistakes that I was like "wow, I can't believe I just lost my whole army and an expo because I suck - I'm so glad that you suck enough that you'll let me recover from that and beat you anyways..."

Root has played some team show matches that they've done well in - and they have some very creative players. I think they would make the list if they were playing in Korea... Maybe closer to the bottom, but I think they'd make the list.
I really only know mouz because they have MaNa - I've learned a lot about fending off harassment well from his games. Looove MaNa - but I really don't know their lineup otherwise... who else do you like on their roster? (Naama?)
EDIT: Here's the site for anyone that wants to look at TL's predictions for the GSL and team power rankings:
dignitas is unbeaten in the gcpl, liquids only loss is to dignitas, mouz is 3rd i think? roots not doing very well in it

I believe mouz is 3rd, EG is 4th.
ROOT isn't doing well because they're only a decent team. qxc is almost certainly their best player.
Which is not to say that Catz and drewbie et al are bad, but they're not quite as good as many other pros. I don't believe that ROOT has ever had a top tournament finish, for instance, while mouz, EG, Liquid, and dignitas all have.
Jesus TreeEskimo (high level LoL player) is master rank in SC2, he plays zerg and is streaming. He is going off about how Zerg is underpowered and high level games are lost because of map positions and such.

hes talked about making time for csl matches and stuff while playing league so i always assumed

All fair enough... still, if Dignitas is beating Liquid in gcpl, while mouz and EG are pushing up on them in 3rd and 2nd - how would you rank them against the Korean teams (IM, TSL, SlayerS, Prime, ect.)?
Just fyi, I haven't followed the teams very much in the past so I'm curious how good/not so good you guys think these teams are - especially given that many of them don't have players in Korea right now to directly compare with GSL players.
You see the same thing when War3 players make the transition a lot of the time: they have awesome micro, and their macro is lacking.
Yeah I guess, I think the micro in LOL is pretty simple though, one unit with 4 abilities...pretty simple.
I really need to quit being lazy and get into this game, someone make fun of me until I give in. Peer pressure also works.

Micro in LoL is more complicated than it seems. Lots of little positioning things, jukes, attack paths, etc.
As for Korean teams, I don't know, I don't really know about entire "teams." Like the only IM players I know are really MVP and NesTea, MC is the only oGs player I really know, etc.

not going to say if its viable just off of this sample
but i think it should be explored
gives him a ton of map control, he got his third at 7 minutes

at this point its just a late game pvz
ultras are really good though so

i think it could potentially be a thing
but who knows

Yeah.. first banelings come out around the 17 minute mark. Proceed not to do much of anything.

i am gonna go peep his stream though
Things like close position on metalopolis should not be allowed to happen.
its all strategy games so
i wouldn't call him pro either, just high level
if he was high level quake 3 and like high level sc2 i would be more impressed
He micros way, way too much. Like that is all he is doing.
hahahahah tree "There are no trolls in SC2"
end of his match he is getting shit talked and pissed.
That game is all about the sick microez, yo.
