She's written with a hell of a lot of inconsistency in the comics. Her character has really been all over the place.
Personally I like her best when she's in more of a grey area than as an outright evil character. I dug her arc in No Man's Land...Fruit of the Earth I think I was called.
The graphic novel Cast Shadows was pretty good, I thought.

I would have thought that was implied
But yes I'll accept that answer

No way. Captain America: Rebirth was complete horseshit.
Return of Bruce Wayne was really good

I havent read either story, but arent you a little biased here considering you've repeatedly said you dont like Captain America
No, I like Brubaker's Captain America stories a lot. I'm just not fond of Steve Rogers
That doesn't change the fact that Cap: Rebirth seemed like a rushed decision and just wasn't good at all
It had nice art and when Cap comes back and inspires the Avengers in that big full page it's pretty cool
Apart from that it's a little generic.
However, an all-out Ivy story just won't fit in Nolan's mythology well.
I do think, though, that a Pamela Isley character working for Ras/Talia as a terrorist could work, in a cameo/henchwoman kind of role.

are there any especially good Ivy stories

Also the "House and Garden" episode of BTAS is really good.
As far as more shallow, but really fun stories with the character, there's the "Harley and Ivy" episode and the Timm/Dini Harley and Ivy miniseries.

Damn straight.
Moore Swampy was good.
In fact, Moore generally knocks it out of the park. Anyone else read 1963? Spot on Marvel pastiches.
