for the IPA - pickled jalapeno pepper slices on top of a slice of quality sharp cheddar cheese.

For the Lambic I would think a simple fruit salad - apples, berries, maybe a melon

I don't care if it's horse or not, but there appear to be concerns about whether or not it was safe. Something about a medicine for horses that makes them unfit for consumption.

I guess that celebrity chef Rober Irvine is going to be doing some kind of show at the local casino later this month. That might be cool, but I'm really wondering what kind of show he can put on.

So what does horse meat taste like? Technically I should be able to get some in the US now.
