i feel like smbc guy has talent in some field but internet comics aren't quite it
he should experiment a little with different mediums, see where his true calling lies
Well he did try video with SMBC Theater, but it was not very good. I liked this one a lot https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OTQnUTgLssI
But on the whole it was pretty bad, even accounting for the strain of doing the comic at the same time. But I agree that something usually feels a little off about SMBC. I'm not sure if it would be better if he stopped forcing himself to do daily comics or if that's just the way he is.
I think it's probably the daily comic thing. But while I'm sure the comics would improve with a slower schedule I'm not sure he'd be as happy doing it that way. He's constantly juggling a million things at once because he enjoys doing it.
Wow, I really had no idea there so much fucking pvp. Sluggy should have been included though.
Happiness is within reach!

Sluggy breaks the chart though. Not only is the panel number highly variable, but there's often no way to tell if a particular strip or group of strips is part of the overall plot until years after the fact…
Okay, at this point Willis is just fucking with me.
SHE'S JUST SO AWESOME
Amazi-Girl will wake up from this dream and the cops will be at the door to charge her. Even real life super heroes use their cell phones to report crimes rather then beat people up.
Unusual Dragon Hoards is a series of artwork by Iguana Mouth that I post here because just roll with it, ok? Both the art blog and the regular blogs have occasionally had nsfw stuff.
Everybody in this comic looks suicidally depressed 100% of the time. Obviously this particular strip that's the point but the faces are all just so miserable looking.

This is basically how every game of Dwarf Fortress ultimately ends.

Add like fifty burning/dismembered/zombified/burning, dismembered and zombified cats and a limbless dwarf trying to bite the dragon's eyes out and it's spot on.
Do you like my photos? The stupid things I say? The way I am alive? You can contribute to that staying the same through the following link

I recently was told about the cat nuke, which is just there to spite anyone who manages to kill everyone in the fortress.
goddamn does Kurtz really do one strip a day? gotta admire that sort of dedication.
It's still a lot more reliable than most, but not quite every day; there were only 18 strips in June, 19 in May, 18 in April. It's consistent, but it's not quite every weekday. Also, it's not Kurtz, it's Dylan Meconis writing it some(all?) of the time, and she's been doing the art for the last few strips, too.

I was thinking of all these reboots
has there ever been a deboot
just, oh shit it was way better before
and then michael keaton is batman again
EDIT: also I was expecting that comic to end with batman pulling out a gun and shooting him
and then turning to the camera

SMBC Theatre. Not his best work but some of them have been popular and some of them are really good.

Also this is a neat graph about webcomics.
