My body started failing around 19, but it really started getting bad at 23!
GET READY!!!!!
Wait until the second half of 29
or as I've been calling it, "what's gonna go wrong inside my mouth this week".
I have actually been pretty good about this. I used to not really care about my teeth but since January of this year I have brushed my teeth twice per day and both flossed & used mouthwash every night.
My dentists have said my teeth are now in really great shape!

I've definitely picked up on my dental hygiene since I've had to get a root canal
and a filling
then a couple more baby fillings in the front
then another filling on the same tooth as the first filling when a corner of it chipped off
and then the other corner of THAT SAME TOOTH chipped off again so I have to go back
and this week the new hell is my gums around one of my wisdom teeth started swelling and hurting real bad and I've been on 8 Tylenols a day all week and it's starting to get better now but if it doesn't go away it's tooth removal time

WOOOO
(floss every day)
Actually my dentist told me my teeth are too tight together for flossing to do much. There's no room for bacteria to build up in there as it is, and flossing could actually free up enough space to open myself up for infection. That's right, my dentist straight up told me I shouldn't floss.
My teeth being so tight is definitely the reason why the same tooth chipped twice.
And I also partake in way too much sugary soda/candy and things
But somehow outside of chipping a tooth once, I have basically perfect teeth?
That shit catches up with you. I don't know how old you are but I was basically the same as you and everything was fine until everything went to hell a year and a half ago.
I remember going to a party with a horribly painful cavity and getting blasted drunk just to take the pain away and then when I woke up the next morning and it was a hundred times worse I went NOPE OKAY I'M GOING TO THE DENTIST NOW.
Yeah, enjoy the invincibility of youth while you can. Your body is going to just say fuck it soon enough and you'll need a spreadsheet to keep track of your infirmities.

How old are you
21
Here's the thing
Exercise, eating well, taking care of your teeth
You don't HAVE to do these things until you get older, not really
but you should start early because it makes it easier to keep doing it, and because you're going to need it as you age
In other words: I'm the same with my teeth and it was fine until surprise I got old
Oh, yeah, I definitely know it's just my youth
Lately I've actually been a lot healthier than I was for a while, there
My job is basically just me walking for 8 hours a day, so I've lost a lot of weight, and I just don't have the time to gorge myself on junk food like I used to

At 26 years-old I am probably in the best shape of my life through cleaner living & moderate exercise.
Although I have noticed in the past year I no longer really get traditional hangovers. Like I don't wake up wanting to puke or such. I typically feel great the morning after, take a nap and wake up with a slight headache.

Oh god really?
(I'm gonna be 30 years old in exactly 19 days)

I am 26 and I have none of these issues
Am I a superhero?

For me its been "what embarrassing thing do I need to ask my doctor if its killing me this week"

He told me he flosses once a month.
To which I replied, "It takes 30 seconds!"

It's just for right now I'm basically a mutant whose superpower is having perfect teeth and it's great

Yeah, I just turned 27 and I'm in the best shape of my life
Well, maybe slightly worse shape for the past month or so
But I ran my first marathon this year and I'm planning on two more next year
still no allergies, rarely get sick, my insomnia is mostly under control and this time without drugs
I have a lot more energy than most of my friends and can drink a lot more than them, haven't had a hangover in years
I would not describe my body as breaking down at all

Yes but I'm cursed to live forever in this accursed tiny form
Steam
I replaced it with juices (which I have to be moderate with because of how much sugar is in them) and water.
Guys, water is fucking delicious!
:x
It is the best.
It doesn't always happen
but a lot of times
I will hit that glass
and it is like a thirsty, hairy dog in the summer time.
I don't make quite as much noise, I guess, but same urgency.
Is it cold? I would describe ice cold water as tasty
I'd agree that I need to switch it up sometimes, but I drink much more water than any other beverage
But I work for the government.
Which means Zonugal doesn't bring in the big bucks.
And water is near free.
And that is an absolute component in it being delicious.
I've been meaning to train myself to drink liquors mixed with water...
Maybe your water.
I wouldn't really try it with anything else.
But I straight up can't drink Scotch without a little water.
