Civ V was a very good game that became incredible after two expansions. I expect BE to follow a similar trajectory, but I don't think any part of the expansions is going to include interplanetary stuff, either.
I think they could do something cool with lunar bases and colonies and whatnot
I know for the certain that the next time a civ game comes out
I'll wait for its DLC run to finish, and buy it all in a steam sale
Civ5 was fun all the way through
but it was SUPER fun at the end
Miss me? Find me on:

I really wish Endless Legend ran better on my laptop because I would rather be doing other things at home but when I'm away it is a thing I'd like to plunk away at
i'm playing the swapper and getting frustrated that ALL the edge are squared instead of beveled so you have to put your clone (if shooting from below) just on the very tip of it
I feel like launching into Early Access is a little bit more honest with how we really work – we were very serious about releasing things that are of a professional quality, but at the same time, we want people to understand that we do a lot of work after release to make the product better.
So what our plan is, our Early Access is going to be what we would have released if we weren’t doing Early Access. Then we’re going to take a much longer, more deliberate and visible period of responding to player feedback, improving the game, adding more content, and then when everything’s totally locked down, releasing. That’s the plan.

I'd say it's super playable in its current, Early Access state.
So I didn't realize until yesterday that a mobile version of Cook, Serve, Delicious! existed
And now for something I was a bit behind on
I was raving to a friend tonight about what a great game CSD is and he googled it to see if there was an Android version and he found apparently ten-month-old news that Vertigo is going through the process to become a Sony-certified developer, and that at last year's GDC they had a PS4 version of Cook, Serve, Delicious! up and running a mere six days after they'd given it to a porting team (He also found that there is an Android version of it and so I have successfully shown someone the light)
As someone who has purchased this game three damn times already, I am really hoping it comes to PS4 so that I can buy it a fourth
So, does this mean CSD is coming to consoles? Not quite yet. I’m in the process of being registered as a game dev with Sony, and there is an approval stage the game needs to go through first. So nothing is for sure just yet. Still, to have my game playable on a console, in less than a month’s time of work, is crazy to me. In fact, I gave my controller build of CSD to YoYo Games, and in less than six days they had it up and running on PS4. Amazing.

And endless legend
Hma you need to learn how to play legend already
I'm a very casual strategy guy
Its basically just fantasy civ as long as you set the fights to auto
I saved at the beginning, so I can pick up where I left off if I feel a stream comin' on later tonight.
breathtaking new bathroom-less designs
The floor poops look exactly like the hats that the invisible men wear!!!
well now you're just calling your disease patients pieces of shit, john ham
bad look
bad look
Windows on every wall!
the trick is to always stay mobile and strafe. learning the timing to enemy attacks helps with that as well.
I have this game on PC, it's a really good crossing of the genres, will eat hours and hours of your life
Aren't people also mad because it's kind of barebones, so coming off of Civ5 + 2 expansion, it feels really basic?
I don't think monster hunter is alpha centauri
better burn it
I'm not
I just want to set copies of monster hunter on fire
I'll wait for its DLC run to finish, and buy it all in a steam sale

I remembered writing it off back in the day but I picked it up with the hopes that it is even remotely similar to CSD
Haven't tried it out yet though
It is rad! It's also Australian, which is neat!
