I am through like 9 eps of daredevil

    thoughts so far
I don't really care about this side story of the reporter and the lawyers, they seem to say the same things to each other a lot

the guy who plays the reporter has a delightfully furrowed face like a human shar pei

likewise I do not care about fisk much as a character, idk

daredevil is compelling though! I like this struggle of killing or not, I like that the show has him paralleling his villain in a way that feels more real than when other superhero stories have tried to do it

the addition of ninjas is weird? the old man trainer was interesting I guess but I'm glad they only had him for 1 ep

I like the show! also the guy who plays daredevil breathes really fast when he exerts himself

what's your carb limit for today

    30g

and i need to be careful to not go over 80g protein

Why are you being so specific? This sounds complicated.

under 30g carbs to push body into ketosis

around 80g proteins for nutrition and to fuel muscles, but not too much because apparently too many proteins get converted into carbs by body that doesn't want to be pushed into ketosis (I delayed this process by accident yesterday by eating way too many proteins :( )

Around 130g+ fats so I feel full

all of this ratio under a 1700 cal cap

...yea its kind of like speccing out my party in an RPG with crafted armor and weaponry from gathered materials.

for example, a cup of rice, about the size of a fist

4 oz of meat (well, depends on what kind, but works for chicken at least) about the size of the palm of my hand

yeah :( Evidently the hardest part is the transition. Once i get used to it and know what I can/can't eat/how much and get through the shitty weak feeling i'll be ok

Also starting lifting again is double rough because keto is not great for a pleasant weightlifting experience. I did a minor amount of non-weight things in the gym on Tuesday and I still feel completely wrecked. That's probably because I re-started and I'm not used to the motions more than the lack of carbs, but still, it's going to make gains harder

I'm ok with that because I only plan to lift in service of running though (light weights, short reps), so small gains don't super bother me
