We've seen Lady Thor on the cover of Thors, and I'm really curious if she is the 616 Lady Thor that was on the raft.
That's one of the reasons I think she's the killer
There's no way Jane would be down with Doom's bullshit and she's appeared on both Thors and Secret Wars #2's covers and Aaron doesn't seem like he'd just not use her in his big Secret Wars Thor story
I thought the Uncanny Inhumans preview from FCBD was really good
I liked it, and Medusa's thing with Johnny already made her have more personality than she usually has, but boy howdy did it feel like the X-Men a lot
Like I'm not saying that's necessarily a bad thing
But "dudes powers manifest and people think he's a monster and he gets freaked out and a group comes in to capture him for tests and he is saved by the Uncanny Inhumans who fight for their outcast people and recruit promising new Inhumans"
It seriously feels like someone just kind of slapped Inhumans stuff on an old X-Men issue
I've really liked Inhuman and love Soule so I'm sure the series itself will be great but that preview, while good, left me kinda weirded out
I wonder what's up with the odinson anyway. I don't think that Doom could revive him with battleworld, since he died well before then, and nowhere near 616?

Are you questioning the might of our benevolent lord and master, Spoit?
Are you saying there is anything impossible for Doom?
I'm not an art guy but I can tell what I like and don't like
I have no idea what poser art is
like, I know what it means
but I don't know how people know it when they see it and I don't know why it is universally hated
for my part, I became aware of poser art when I first learned of Greg Land, in particular when I was reading Phoenix: Endsong
now Greg Land is pretty controversial for other reasons, but I've been more able to spot poser art in comics because of it; kinda jarred me to the point where I can see it more readily
and while "pretty", it's really poor comic book art because to me at least it just feels artificial, forced, and static
no sense of motion or movement
I'm not as good at spotting it as other people are, but I can definitely catch the more obvious culprits
My mom had seen the first Captain America movie, but hadn't seen Winter Soldier yet; so I just watched our blu-ray copy with her tonight so she'll be ready for Age of Ultron.
I think she might have a crush on Steve Rogers now.

I get that you just don't want to shit on people willy nilly, I get that.
But I think this line of "Well this thing is garbage but maybe it's the best they could do did you ever think of that?" is a really weird stance.
Like sure, I see your point, but I still think it looks like hot garbage and it's so distracting that I will probably avoid buying any books he's on in the future.
yeah for me it's purely about artists I like and artists I dislike
like, Filipe Andrade pencilled Captain Marvel for a while and I have say - I really didn't like this art, but it was at least, I dunno, dynamic?
I kept reading because I was faithful to the character and the writer, but man, if you just don't click with an artist's style then that really has an impact on what you take away from the comic
for me Andrade's art was particularly difficult to stomach because Captain Marvel started off with Dexter Soy, whose art I *love*, so that probably had something to do with it

Kind of seems that it's weird for any worthy Thor to be an enforcer of Doom's rule, to be honest

It's heavily implied that Doom made the hammers that the Thors are using.

Well, he died directly on the spot where Doom was when he faced the Beyonders.
Also everyone else died there too, Spider-Gwen, hero Hyperion, all the other Thors, Everyone who wasn't on Ultimate and 616 were killed, but they show up in Battleworld.
I'm expecting a scene where Odinson realizes something is wrong when he picks up Mjolnir and remembers fighting alongside Hyperion.

The hammers still worked when Thor was following the biggest asshole in the nine realms.

He died at the same place that Doom confronted the Beyonders, so...

The Supergirl trailer is actually pretty similar to the Flash trailer. Although, the supporting characters didn't look as interesting and they couldn't actually show Superman while the Flash trailer was able to use Arrow. Just watch the Flash trailer again and you'll notice quite a few similarities.

Injustice's greatest crime was lack.of a playable Jimmy olsen.
All his punches and kicks are a red and blue blur and his specials, throws, and finishers are various and silver age transformations and Doomsday from All star
I have a podcast now. It's about video games and anime!Find it here.
That they're listing the executive producer/s involved is always cause for a little concern, but whatever.
Jimmy Olsen seemed kind of not really classic Jimmy Olsen.
I guess that's okay, but change confuses and upsets my autistic brain.
What if this "James Olsen" still wound up becoming a giant Turtle-man somehow for an episode?
Werewolf James would also be acceptable.

So someone asked Tom Brevoort where The One Above All was when the multiverse was destroyed, and his response was to post the cover of Last Days of Loki: Agent of Asgard
which makes me really curious about what that book is going to cover

The One Above All shows up in the preview for next week's issue actually

I like certain Inhuman characters but I just don't... find the royal family super interesting
Medusa is
Like she's definitely a powerful woman who runs shit which is always welcome but she doesn't have much personality to her
Like I'm not saying that's necessarily a bad thing
But "dudes powers manifest and people think he's a monster and he gets freaked out and a group comes in to capture him for tests and he is saved by the Uncanny Inhumans who fight for their outcast people and recruit promising new Inhumans"

1. Black Bolt
2. Karnak
3. Medusa
4. Gorgon
5. Crystal
6. Triton
but Spidey's proportions are real wonky, like his arms are way long compared to his kinda stumpy legs
Still love you of course Mike
He's basically a nothing character, personality wise, by I've always liked his weird creature from the Black Lagoon visual
pretty sure these are the lyrics to The Nightman from It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia
I don't see Lockjaw on this list.
For shame.
It is everything I would want from a Mad Max movie and more.

Why I fear the ocean.

So they are totally worthy.
By Doom's standards.

this show is REALLY GOOD. :O
It seems like Jimmy is a bit older and his Best pal beeper days are behind him.
I feel like there is an Alec Baldwin quote about James.
