He could have a short one. There's still 5 months between now and Mania and also as Kevin Owens established the NXT champ can straddle both rosters for a while

But then we have situations like Adrian Neville having jack shit to do in NXT for like 4 months except fight Kevin Owens one time
and now he has jack shit to do on raw except fight stardust a couple of times

Believe me I want more for Neville and better for NXT but the whole system works by them constantly phasing out and phasing in new talent. If no one goes up, they quickly have way too many folks for an hour a week
