I didn't mean to suggest he should be brought up right now (anymore, I overreacted to Cesaro's injury) but if he does come in right after Mania he doesn't really have time for an NXT title run.

and now he has jack shit to do on raw except fight stardust a couple of times

Believe me I want more for Neville and better for NXT but the whole system works by them constantly phasing out and phasing in new talent. If no one goes up, they quickly have way too many folks for an hour a week
