Yeah, this meeting's going to go well seeing who's inside Agatha's head. Also, anyone fluent enough in Latin to translate what the inscription in the first panel says?

I had a dream where I read the ending of Demon. Everyone got on dirt bikes and did sweet moves off this ramp because there was a portal on the moon that led to the inside of Hunter's flastical. So, everyone got inside Hunter's flastical and it looked like Sovngard from Skyrim. They started shooting this big glowy thing in the center, but then Jimmy-Prime fell off the side of a waterfall because he lost control of his dirt bike near the exit and then everyone's heads exploded.

I woke up thinking, "Yeah... that's a totally plausible ending."

Well, browsing back a coupl of pages the dwarf bbeg actually promoted her to High Priest of... whatever's going on this comic?

It's simple the world they're on is the Cosmic Prison of an Eldritch Abomination called the Snarl which can slay gods with ease but there are tears in reality which were sealed 60 years ago but Xykon and Redcloak want to co-opt these seals to threaten the Gods with unleashing the Snarl, though Redcloak knows it will only give control of it to his Deity who will strongarm the Gods into improving the lot of Goblins, and meanwhile Hel who is the Goddess of Death in her Pantheon feels left out of things because her domains mean it's uncommon for her to have high level followers because they keep getting killed so when Durkon got vamped she jumped at the chance to have a proper high priest, and because four of the five seals are now broken the gods are voting whether or not to just remake the prison now before the Snarl gets loose, but that's a process that involves destroying this world, and Hel is in favour of this because due to Dwarven concepts of honor being unmade by deities means she gets all their souls and becomes the most powerful deity in the pantheon and has much more influence in world 3.0.

Also the greatest philosophical debate is whether Miko was morally justified in attacking Shojo.

I mostly agree, but I think this is a bigger problem for those of us who frequently see the strip before the newspost is up.

Well for me, the interesting thing about current PA is that I have rarely even HEARD of the game they're playing, as I am not even close to t3h hardc0rez gam0r anymore. I'm just glad they still generally manage to make the joke solid even if you don't know the game.

The joke was about a game I had never even heard of, but I related.

And I had played a similar game.

Has anyone tried Tharsis? The comic makes me want it, but the reviews speak of soul-crushing imbalance.

It is... a tricky game. I've played it a bit over the last few days and I do like it, but it does feel like if the dice rolls aren't coming your way, there's nothing you can do. But then again I saw an account from someone saying that that's pretty common for your first couple hours of play, and that it feels a lot fairer once you get used to the game's intricacies. I can believe that it's more balanced for a higher degree of experience, if you can tough out the first bunch of difficult attempts.
