I can believe it. while it's gross in a way and definitely needs to be regulated I can understand people liking it
but I don't see how anyone can condone this. the idea that they may have been faking their own bets is just insane. I know that much isn't proven but it sure make sense.

Pharah can do a lot, but I'm very rarely happy to see one on the team unless the rest of the lineup is filled out. Her DPS is really low (though infinite range and minor splash is nice), but she by design is pretty much never staying on the objective and I rarely see her used where she shines (countering teams with few long range heroes).
