Welcome to the NHK. It's pretty well-written (although sometimes...unevenly characterized, I'd say), medium animation quality, and just quite interesting. Navigates a really broad range of emotions from genuinely funny to fairly upsetting.
I couldn't easily find the sub of it and am watching an Italian dub since it poppoed up on youtube. It's so good! I don't know if it's because I grew up watching italian dubs of thing so I'm fine with that style, or if it's just a more-well-executed thing than most english dubs, or if italian layers better onto japanese (for example, it feels normal, and takes about the same amount of time, for someone to say 'tutto bene?' where someone in japanese says 'daijobu?', and like in english whatever they put in is always weird...), or if this anime is just good for dubbing cause there's a lot of internal monologuing that doesn't need to sync up with anything in particular, but...it's a cool way to consume a show. Might seek out more italian dubs in the future.
