I got my season 3 pally healing gloves as well. Quite nice! Was just short on the them before (i went into the arena a little later then normal) went into a few games and played against some pretty high level teams when my 5v5 started out. couple gladiator teams, couple duelist teams. We faired pretty well against the fuelists and rivals but got blown away by gladiator teams.
I loathe mages, oh so much. Sheep, Sheep, Sheep, Counterspell, Sheep, sheep, pummel, sheep, sheep sheep, kick ARG EFU.

Hate: Killed on wave 8 of Azgalor's trash. Rogues already burned vanish, so distracting wasn't an option, and I got locked out with two other clothies. Ended the night on a 65% wipe. Oh well, plenty of time left in the week to get him now that we're starting on Hyjal.

I'm going to farm the shit out of the place until I get that! It's like 3% crit chance bringing me upto 30% at level 46.
From what I understand, that crit rating on it drops pretty fast, especially considering how quickly you'll go through the levels. As important as crit is for a feral druid, I think overall I'd rather have Loksey's Training Stick, Ironshod Bludgeon, or a Viscous Hammer over the Rockpounder, and at level 57, they'll all get blown out of the water by a green druid staff of the Beast, so don't kill yourself over getting it.
So, anyways, the last few months I have been cautiously planning, preparing, to gear myself up, slowly, steadily, at a nice pace. PVP epic here, badge reward there.
it's been going slow, but hey, it's worth it, since the RNG is a bitch.
However, I just didn't know how much of a bitch it was.
I only run Kara for 3 things.
Healing Bracers off Attumen.
Healing Belt off Moroes.
Healing mace off of Maiden.
I have not seen any of those drop. So I grinded out my honor, and when s3 hit I got my Gladiator Mace so I didn't have to worry about maiden. JUST YESTERDAY, I finished grinding out the honor for the belt, so that I would be able to buy it this afternoon. And I have enough badges for the bracers, but I've just been kind of sitting on it until I could get the honor for the belt as well.

Yeah, our guild hadn't seen the Shard ever drop from Maiden in the 235iy2i73t79 months we'd been clearing Kara. Just last weekend they got the Shard and Attumen's mount (also a guild first) in one run.

Happy: Finally caught up with an old WoW friend tonight whilst farming primal water (4 in an hour, shit yes).
Happier: We get into a 4 hour convo ranging from how we're doing irl, how the guild he set up is doing (good and bad), to things like farts you do that even make you gag and fanny farts. Strange, but fun night overall. And it's always good to have a genuine, friendly convo with another human being in WoW, cus it just doesn't happen often enough, expecially on my work schedule.

@Rogue distract: I have super warrior envy when it comes to distract in PvP. I hate that distract can actually make me stop and change directions yet taunt does jack and shit. I also hate Blizzards reply to both.

I think I put some +spellcrit/+spell damage ones in for now. Those gems you listed are like 70g a piece on my server.
Though I do have an epic gem I got from a heroic.
