So apparently in light of the leaks the epilogue and secret movie to KH3 aren't being released until a later date.
Not sure how that works guessing they already weren't on the disc and were gonna be in a day one patch.
I would guess "at a later date" probably means whatever patch was originally going to get put up on the console's patch system a while before the release date to be ready. And now they'll probably hold it till just before.

I got it for Christmas with KH2, played up to the final boss, then immediately started KH2 and never looked back
I seem to remember less bullshit platforming in that one
KH2 did a lot to improve the game no doubt. If you are playing the original KH1 it doesn't even have camera movement on a stick. That's how old that shit is.
The PS4 version at least cleans up some of that but only so much. Camera can still be quite janky. And after you've played the 2nd one with all the improvements I can imagine it would be very hard to go back to the first one. But yea, it's very much a product of it's time and the second one just feels so much better.

AFP is only available on the compilations (specifically, the one containing 3D and the Chi movie).
It’s only a couple hours long, so I’d say it’s mostly just worth it as a bonus thing on the compilation, rather than if it were standalone.

It got me super hyped to play 3 since it was made for PS4 and just felt so good and Kingdom Heartsy to be bashing on those shadows.

Compared to anything modern it's not gonna hold up super great.
So it really depends on how you're looking at it.

Until the final mix versions which added collectible stickers and a bonus dungeon that heavily uses the movement skills from Drive forms.
