He made some pretty questionable comments about "SJWs" a couple years ago that he claimed was a poor attempt at satire of anti-SJWs... but I'm not seeing anything else since then so maybe that was legit.
I don't have receipts but I thought I saw stuff that Fantano was maybe on the edge of getting sucked into some terrible peoples' orbits a few years ago but he managed to turn himself around
I don't think most people retroactively rethought how they felt about the show until season 8, which is what I was talking about. If they had it would not have garnered quite as big of a reaction.
