In summary, he says Jared Leto joker is the most joker of jokers, which is why people can't relate to him, and it's actually a good representation of the character.
I mean, I think he's terribly wrong, but that's the video summed up. A whole lot of it has nothing to do with Jared Leto's Joker, but the character the Joker and how since DC comics rewrite a lot of these main characters, Jared Leto's Joker is actually valid and given purpose and value and history.
I didn't gain anything from watching this other than a few laughs over what he assumed were actual reasons to dislike Jared Leto's Joker. Like, it's a bad portrayal of a famous villain, I don't see why he couldn't end it there, but then it would be a nearly 30-minute long video about defending quite possibly the worst iteration of Joker that I know of.

I was so sure after the first three seconds that it couldn't possibly become any less cool and boy howdy was I ever wrong
I love it cause it's the intro that played on YTV in Ontarii so I never saw rock the dragon until years after the fact and was so confused when Americans where talking about the theme song for the longest time
Not since the Ray Parker jr. Ghostbusters theme has one theme song so thoroughly captured the essence of the property it is made for as rock the dragon.
