Beat XCOPS compliments of one pink pixie.
I loved it, honestly probably worth $30 or $40 so the $10 pseduo-presale and current price of $20 are more than generous.
Typical XCOM buggery but also typical goodness. The beginning battles are a bit rough but I prioritized armor development and that helped things out a lot. I do feel like most of the mods and breach items are unnecessary/worthless though.

Causing a massive resonance cascade that destroys all the mass relays which is then blamed on something completely unrelated.
So, uh Madican wins.

I'm very curious about this FPS RTS hybrid Disintegration. I took a leap of faith and preordered it so you don't have to. You'll be the first to hear from me if its worth a damn, and I know the difference between a good one and a bad one. I can already hear people's comments pissing and moaning about why they can't dogfight and kill everything alone.

I played the Natural Selection mod for HL2 a long time ago. that was my only experience with FPS/RTS hybrid. Granted, the commander was the only one playing in RTS mode, it was very original and well done I thought.
I don't know about bad rats and at this point I'm afraid to ask.
IIRC, it was a puzzle game in the vein of lemmings where you had to put various types of rats (each with a unique power) in levels to murder cats by way of some rube goldberg esque method. The game looks bad, the puzzles aren't interesting, it's buggy and most bizarre of all: it has a 3D physics engine for a 2D game, you can literally sometimes knock stuff sideways out of the level!
It's also racist: one of the rats is a suicide bomber rat decked out in a turban and a big beard.
It was breathtaking bad, so it became a joke gift around here, and I assume it became an oddity in enough circles that they made a sequel.
Hmm. I dunno. On the one hand, I don't really need yet another card game in my life. But on the other hand, it's free, so why not? But then back on the one hand again, Gwent's been out for a while now so I'll probably just get repeatedly trounced because I don't have any good cards (or skill). But on the other hand once more, at least it won't have Teferi.
