Amelia is playing CS: Go right now, and during some warm-up she said the Scout was one of her favorite weapons. For the same reasons it's one of my favorite weapons (from when I used to play CS, which is, god, so long ago).
i'm really starting to warm up to Amelia, but as it turns out i just can NOT watch people play FPS games.
i have no explanation for why, it just bores me to absolute tears. the only exception to this is Overwatch, and i couldn't even really explain why that's an exception.
I'm enjoying Amelia's FPS streams because she is good at casting the game when she's dead and explaining her strategy when she's not. She's also decently skilled and is able to keep her games competitive for the most part. Finally, she screams like a goblin when she's in danger or getting killed and is riding the edge between being a wholesome idol streamer and tryhard competitive gamer, a knife's edge I find very amusing.
But also check out Fubuki playing Apex if you'd just like 2 hour blasts of silly noises and whatever random memes and songs she's latched onto at the moment. It's very enjoyable to have when you're grinding gacha games or dailies or whatever it is you need/ want to be doing.

I really hope Cali's doing okay. She keeps struggling with anything involving superchats and the attention that is getting thrown her way. I caught some live where she was talking about re-doing her superchat reading, and how she had made some videos private because of some of the things she said (or the superchats tried to make her say?) ... and I just noticed her latest live video isn't available either despite running at pretty much the same time as Amelia's.
I really hope she's okay. I have trouble figuring out where the character begins and ends, and if she's really having troubles, I hope she has friends and support to help her out. She did mention getting a new monster PC and moving into a new home as well, so obviously this gig's been good for her even in this short amount of time.
Edit: Maybe I'm worrying over nothing. Her twitter says the VoD will be up in a few hours.
Edit 2: Or... not? The tweet replies indicate there were a lot of trolls there at the end.
I think she mentioned getting a new PC and moving into a better place as things she thought she would be able to do soon thanks to the chats, not stuff she was already doing.

i feel bad if people have been fucking around with her in superchats though. i can't imagine watching her be so sincerely appreciative and then using that to be an asshole.

Apparently Aqua is going to have a new outfit reveal soon. I am probably gonna miss the live stream of it but I kinda can't wait. She's one of my favorites.
this entire stream is filled with such incredible chaotic energy, it's awesome. so many funny little moments
all three of them streamed at the same time, so if you only watch one i HIGHLY recommend watching gura's. she's like a proper gremlin, just getting in there and breaking everything she can like it's her job
Calli has a staff and instituted rules to give them time to spot check the Superchats for malicious troll messages before she reads them and gets messed with. This is according to her current stream, which was Japanese only for the main portion. Seems like she's the biggest earner out of Hololive EN, so far. Congrats to her for 300k.
