Sorry I missed raid, I was falling asleep after a long damn day.
My dog had surgery, so I didn't get home until an hour or so before raid after work, picking him up, and then running to the store for a safety cone for him.
I just needed to crash.

He's doing fine, it was just a little fatty lump on his chest that he was due to get removed. Provided the biopsy comes back negative (very likely) for it being malignant, everything's going to be totally fine.
Thinking back on how Illidan got to come back to life, be actually kind of a fun character and kill that irritating naaru and banter with Velen, then fuck off out of the plot with the titans before he wore out his welcome and avoided getting sucked into future bad shitty plot. What a lucky guy.

jokes aside they were definitely just catching up on work backlog because of covid disruptions and there's no way they have pivoted anything, if Denny is gonna be the big bad that was already in the plans.

Also, I’ve been listening to a LotR/Silmarillion podcast and it is occurring to me how much the Jailer reminds me of Melkor

i've been playing BC classic and kinda enjoying it tbh?
except the part where, for like the 10th time in 16 years a group of friends choose a pvp server. again. and like all those times before, no positive experiences come from that.
i genuinely agree. war mode was a brilliant solution.
going back to old pvp server ways is annoying at best and literally a waste of my life at worst. the amount of times i've already had to deal with 'we can't summon, there's alliance camping the stone/instance entrance' already is infuriating. and because it's TBC it was before you were allowed to warlock summon into instances.

He has over 4 million HP and does over 40k HP per hit. I did not check exactly how much he was doing per hit, because he killed me in one hit.

Those was a Legion thing? I don't remember it at all.
There was a lot of content in legion that you didn't see at all unless you were specifically looking for it. It's not an encounter you'd just accidentally come across.
