I didn't realize how bad bottled lemon juice was until using it after forgetting to buy a lemon for pasta al limone one week. Holy cow it was awful. Maybe it was old but I didn't think we'd had the bottle that long.
Yeah we usually buy what we need for the week every Sunday or Monday so we never have extra. But I don't blame you for not planning your cocktails out in advance.
I use bottled lemon juice to just ad to my drinking water, makes getting through it not quite so boring. Doesn't taste bad. And it succeeds in the goal of making tap water taste not like tap water.
They have it at my local Whole Foods in this endcap that’s all like, small gift bags of chocolates and whatnot. They also have actually local full-comb honey in the aisle with the rest of the honey. If confuses me but I assume the assortment and layout comes from corporate and not every location has a local honey …monger? But everyone can get in on the shipping containers of the stuff coming from Hungary.

It's pretty good
Needs more rum and less lemon, or at least fresh lemon instead of store bought lemon juice
Same way you cook anything
cover it in tony chachere's.
I don't actually really like fish that much
Deep-fried in batter
Skin down in olive oil. Splash some soy sauce on before flipping it. Marvel at how far the oil spreads all over the kitchen.
It's fine, you can eat it raw too, I guess

A solid alternative.
Actually had it awhile, found at Cooper's Hawk restaurant of all places. Never had starlight-up comb.
Hungary? Starlight-up?
How much wine did you enjoy at Cooper's Hawk?
I mean, a lot. But nothing to do with it there was.
Despite - or because of - being called Savannah Bee Company, the honey is from Hungary.
That second one was supposed to be 'straight-up'.
