My first Phalla was the Artefact Phalla on D&D (I forgot who ran that).

I started a bandwagon on Oatway on day 1, who, recognizing my gumption, PMed me to offer me the evil artefact (converting me to the evil side). I wasn't there to get the PM, so, time elapsed and the offer was rescinded.

Oatway died, but no reveals happened on death, so no one knew whether or not he was evil. Knowing the truth, I told everyone what had happened. However, this proved a fatal mistake, as the village grew suspicious of the fact that I would even consider changing sides, and voted me out day 2.

My next Phalla was Phalla Royale 1, in which I survived until the last day and seduced Shorn Scrotum Man using a hair ribbon, proving that I am, in fact, the prettiest princess.

Didn't it turn out that you were planning on doing that though? I thought that for some reason you knew your zapper didn't work.

It's still awesome, but I thought there was something behind the scenes there. Could just be me being paranoid, but that's what I thought during the phalla.

My first one was Rygar's WoT Phalla in SE. I was RNG'd the Seer role, and it made for an excellently fun first Phalla - even though I was paranoid of screwing everything up. Drez helped me quite a bit with that one.

Heh I went searching for the relevant posts too... Reading through old Phalla threads is fun.

You had to be there to appreciate the whole chain of events. But here's an outline of what happened. The Zodiac Phalla was a battle between two villager factions - the Goltana and the Larg - and a bad guy group. This chain of events all started with B:L hinting that he's a special until people started bandwagoning him.

I really was hoping this one would slip by. :P

Animorph Phalla was great. It was the first phalla in which I actually accomplished a great deal, which was surprising since I was playing maybe an hour a day from a cyber cafe in Costa Rica.

Killing a couple Animorphs, only to be later turned into a Yeerk, where I helped finish them off and win the game for our side, regardless of the trickery Shankill Butcher tried to pull at the end, was fun. Honestly, my finally killing off cj was more of a mercy kill than anything else.

    I respectfully disagree.
Who Is The Prettiest Princess Of Them All?
A PSA brought to you by the Ferengi Alliance

Any discussion of princesses and the comparative beauty thereof must begin, and consequently end, with Scarlett Johansson.xin59090330093773822869ye8.jpg
Just look at her. That is one pretty pretty princess, if I do say so myself. And I do.

But for the purposes of this discussion, asking who is the prettiest princess among all potential princesses is a pointless endeavor, as I have clearly demonstrated that Scarlett Johansson is the prettiest. To gain any sort of real benefit from answering such a question, it thereby becomes necessary to reduce the scope of our argument to a level at which it is not immediately and abundantly clear the identity of the prettiest princess. Initially I thought to narrow the focus of the question onto the Penny Arcade forums as a whole, but once again, the answer to that question is abundantly clear, as I doubt there is any individual poster who would name anyone but our beloved administrator, Cardboard Tube, as the prettiest princess.

To make the question at all relevant, then, I chose to aim it at the participants in the Star Trek phalla currently being hosted by one Rend. I might be inclined to name our gratious host as the prettiest princess, as to do so would surely curry his favor. One would be misguided in such an evaluation, however, because one look at his avatar would make it clear that Rend might be the prettiest amphibian of them all, but until he is kissed by a prince there is no conceivable way he could be considered the prettiest princess.

That leaves us with 25 potential candidates for prettiest princess, all of whom are, on the surface at least, equally deserving of this ultimate honor. But, much as I demonstrated the unfitness of Rend, I shall now dismiss several candidates that, upon closer inspection, faily to even come close to the status of ‘pretty,’ much less the status of ‘princess.’ PrecisionK is the most easily dismissed. His appearance is that of a big toe that spent far too long soaking in a tub of a warm water/urine solution. Romantic Undead is similarly dismissed, being some sort of zombie. Everyone knows that zombies, by definition, are not pretty, being that they spend most of their time hungering for brains or slowly decaying from the inside out.

Zellpher and Wildcat can also be eliminated from consideration. These are new people, and how can anyone new be prettiest? I posit that it is impossible. Zanmatto, while not brand new, is new enough to also be dismissed along with the aforementioned duo.

Locus, while certainly not unpleasant to look at, has an overabundance of hair in his facial region, and hair is not considered attractive for those in the princess subset. Also removed due to excessive hair is visiblehowl, as the only animals that are known to howl are all mammals. Mammals, of course, are well known for having more hair than other animals. For this reason one might be inclined to say that Shorn Scrotum Man has a leg up on the competition, but you need only look at his moniker to see why he is truly unfit for princesshood. For though he has no hair, he does posess a scrotum, something most unbecoming of a princess.

Another set of forumers we can eliminate from consideration are Asukui and cj iwakura. In the interest of full disclosure, I will readily admit that I do not know the ethnicity of either of these forumers, but I can safely say that both of these names sound Asian in origin, cj iwakura’s name in particular being quite reminiscent of Japanese. And, i f one were to look at a photo of the Imperial Family of Japan, one would see that the overall attractiveness of the female members leaves something to be desired. Therefore it seems reasonable to remove any Asians from our list of potential candidates.

Next we can eliminate those with names that are unwieldly at best and ugly at worst, because the prettiest princess will most certainly have a name that is equal to her beauty. Gumpy, which by itself invokes an image reminiscent of lumpy oatmeal, sounds far too much like Gumby, an anthropomorphic piece of green clay. Qorzm, who manages to use a Q without a U to follow it up, also has the unquestionably ugly combination of a Z and an M, and these are preceded by an R, creating a trifecta of hideousness. Raakam has two vowels consecutively, which by itself is not bad, and the two vowels are the same, which is also not bad by itself, but when the two vowels are both A, it makes for difficult reading. There is no clear consensus on how to pronounce two consecutive A’s, and therefore Raakam is eliminated due to unpronouncability.

Grundlterror could easily be thrown out under the guidelines of the previous paragraph, as his name is clearly missing an E. But his flaw is much more obvious than that; ‘terror’ is not something that someone pretty inspires, and certainly not something a pretty princess inspires. Durax can also be removed from contention for the same reason, but this connection is far more subtle. His handle is too similar to the name of a certain fighting robot that I shall not deign to identify, but that I believe we are all familiar with. And as that name inspired great fear, so does durax.

Other offenders can be dismissed for a variety of reasons. Seriously? Negative. His name is far too easy to make fun of. Crono729? Too many numbers. El Skid? Too ethnic, and ‘skid’ conjures up images of long brown trails on the insides of young boys’ tighty whities. Oatway? I believe I have already discussed oatmeal and its negative connotations. Delroland? I doubt anyone would even be able to tell what that means.

We are left then, with a final five potential candidates: cheez, DevoutlyApathetic, Infidel, Saburbia, and Zot. Cheez we shall deal with first. I think we can all agree that cheese is delicious, and that it is excellent for any occasion. In fact, I doubt you could find any person who would find cheese or cheez to be offensive in any way whatsoever. The question then becomes: why does no one find cheez offensive? The answer, I think, should be plain to anyone. He is inoffensive because he is not only crafty, but hard to read as well. And if someone is hard to read, it becomes nearly impossible to determine just how pretty they are. Therefore, while it may be possible that cheez is indeed the prettiest princess, his very nature makes it impossible to determine that for a certainty, and he must be removed from consideration.

On the opposite end of the spectrum is Zot, who is reviled in many corners of the phalla universe, the effects of which can be seen in his most recent removal from the Eternal Darkness phalla. This, in my estimation, is the only blemish on his record. Unfortunately for Zot, it is also more than enough to make him decidedly un-pretty. Perhaps with time he will be able to remove this stain upon his character and truly compete for the title. This leads me to DevoutlyApathetic, a well-known and well-liked personality. If this were all, he would certainly be considered the prettiest princess. But DA, as he is known among the masses, has a strong reputation for being evil, for lack of a better word. Evil delights in terrorizing people, and I have already covered how the ability to invoke terror should not be a trait that a pretty princess possesses.

Our final consideration for prettiest princess then comes down to either Saburbia or Infidel. My initial inclination was to go with Saburbia. There is scarcely a forumer out there who is not aware of Saburbia’s reputation for cuteness, and surely a pretty princess would also be, in some way, cute. (See: Scarlett Johansson.) Cuteness alone, though, does not a pretty princess make. Therefore, I beseech all of you to ask yourself a question.

Why would a Wookiee, an eight-foot tall Wookiee, want to live on Endor, with a bunch of two-foot tall Ewoks? That does not make sense! But more important, you have to ask yourself: What does this have to do with this transmission? Nothing. Ladies and gentlemen, it has nothing to do with this transmission! It does not make sense! Look at me. I'm a researcher trying to find the prettiest princess, and I'm talkin' about Chewbacca! Does that make sense? Ladies and gentlemen, I am not making any sense! None of this makes sense! And so you have to remember, when you're deliberatin' and conjugatin' the Emancipation Proclamation, does it make sense? No! Fellow comms officers, it does not make sense! If Chewbacca lives on Endor, you must declare Infidel the prettiest princess!
