I'm quite happy that I didn't see that, only old world raids I did on 60 were AQ20 and ZG.
But I remember raiding when almost every buffing potion could stack, man that was some shit farming
ZG when it was released was a wonderful breath of fresh air. Man I had some low standards. Just being able to mount, and being outdoors(druid!) and the lore etc was so awesome, even if it did still have lots of trash.
I'm a little bummed that I'll probably never get to see most of the lvl-60 raids since no one will ever want to do them again. I'm one of those players that likes to explore as much of the game's content as is possible.

3.02 is the perfect time to do them. For the most part, you probably don't care much about the current high end raids because the gear's just not going to matter enough, for long, and you're more powerful now to do some of the older content with fewer people.
We also got two chests and then downed Dragonhawk for the first time tonight, which is about as far as we're going to progress before Lich King. If we hit ZA again tomorrow night and get super lucky we might be able to get a bear.
I was our guild's main tank in ZG but I had secret dreams of getting both of the Tiger's fist weapons and respeccing fury just for that incredible proc

A 30% reduction in boss hp, as well as some reduction in boss dps, should make a fairly big difference. You may not get bears anymore, but you could probably still run through quickly for some gear.

The hilarious part was that the longer it went on, the less the person wanted to go forward to loot the dog, because at that point EVERYONE in the raid was watching to see who would run up and loot him.
We called an MC raid once because someone never came forward to loot the dog, that's how pissed the RL would get.
