    House of Leaves is scary.

More in a creepy sort of way.

    Brilliant read though.

Almost mandatory reading I would say.

so when i went to see children of men today i saw a trailer for a new jim carrey movie

he is a guy who reads a book about paranoia and numerology his girlfriend gives him

he reads it, looks at his own life, and starts reading into it too much and goes batshit crazy

i basically figure this is going to happen with house of leaves

if you think i'm writing that in blue you are mistaken, mister

    good man!

I recommend that no one read the following article comparing the book to the film:

    http://www.macleans.ca/culture/books/article.jsp?content=20070122_139464_139464

    It will make you mad.

I'm currently reading Ender's Game by Orson Scott Card, which was recommended by this board. Good choice so far!
