10 pages and the game hasn't even started, we need to slow down.

Are you implying that the pace Friend Computer has allowed us to work at is too efficient?
Okay, look, I really need to find a copy of this damn book. *L*

I do not have the clearance to be wrong, and thus, cannot be, as I do not act above my clearance.

Had I the clearance for sarcasm, I would make use of it now in reference to the morality of a man who is bad for children discussing enjoying anything.

I am not thusly cleared, and will thus refrain from making any such comment.

This sounds far too defensive, and as the only reason to be defensive is that one has done something wrong, your impropriety as a traitor has been reported. I will detain you personally. Do not attempt to escape, or I will be forced to terminate you. Should you be revealed to be of sufficient clearance to claim the name you call yourself, I will of course assume this was a test from Friend Computer to ascertain my loyalty.

    Day 0

The troubleshooter squad is quickly ushered into a makeshift mission briefing room. Several desks are arranged in crisp rows, all facing an ominous screen. An unidentified BLU clearance citizen is projected before the group.

"Welcome, all to the your mission. The Computer has deemed it necessary to take a sample group of Troubleshooters and verify their allegiance. Hence, you have all been enlisted into the "Problem Hearing Allowance Liability Loss Assembly." Among you are many confirmed traitors, each daycycle, you will logically deduce the obvious treasonous parties and vote them to be terminated. We are confident that this democratic council will root out any dangerous influences without fail.

For additional security purposes, your lasers have been confiscated.

Voting Ends Nightly at Midnight Eastern Alpha Complex Standard Time. For Reference it is 3:04 AM EACST.

    [The List is now correct]

The BLU messenger looks puzzled momentarily and shrugs. "You could !vote, I guess. To be honest, I don't even know why the Computer thought of this. I'm just the guy who condems you to this hell." A pair of Vulture Goons immediately rush the room and escort the BLU man out of sight.

I do not mean to be rude, but it appears that Drez has been listed twice, both in the reserve pool and in the Troubleshooter pool (#51). In addition, Troubleshooter Hellbunny (post 214) appears to be absent from the roster. Only a momentary glitch, I assume?

In general terms, yes. It may be worth looking into, however, that citizen Ianator is not asking for specific targets to investigate for acts that are subversive to Friend Computer's rule.

The knowledge of traitors' identities is above our clearance level, and investigations should be done by someone with the clearance to do such things.

We have been cleared to seek out and exterminate the CMT threat, citizen Ianator, that is our primary job. But I can't pretend to know (because I have not clearance for it) where you got the idea that we are cleared for knowledge of who the commiemutanttraitors are.

It should be quite obvious that such knowledge would be harmful to the integrity of Alpha Complex and Friend Computer. I'm sure you understand that I cannot elaborate because such thoughts are treasonous.

If you would care to rescind your unfounded accusations, I will report to Friend Computer that you saw the error of your ways, and you may avoid termination. I cannot, however, make any guarantees that the vigilance of our fellow troubleshooters will allow them to be as generous as I.

Of course, I was not referring to our having clearance to know the identities of traitors, but our clearance to investigate. Sadly, this citizen does not have clearance to retract and must wait for a more likely citizen to transfer the accusation upon.

Indeed, through my HPD&MC occupation I have clearance to videocordings of !Warban having been present in the cage area. He thought to set them free, but they must fend for themselves. Nobody can help them! Now they shall rue the day they sought such a useless thing as "freedom"! Now they shall!
