I'm uh... 6'4" @ 180-185lb. Not sure what my body fat % is out of that, but I've put on some decent muscle in the last few months. My diet these past few weeks has been slipping a bit (as in I haven't been eating and sleeping as well as I should be), but it's temporary, I'll get back into the routine soon enough.
