I noticed that instead of calling him Trump or "my opponent" she just kept calling him Donald. And it worked! His whole name recognition is from Trump, so somehow constantly calling him Donald seem to both ignore and acknowledge him.
I thought his usage of "Secretary Clinton" was sort of interesting.

I mean, one of them had a candidate advocate for war crimes. The other one had someone suggest burning the poor for fuel.
One of the debates featured a delusional narcissist, who feels he could get away with shooting people on live TV. And the other had Batman fist-fighting a Frankenstein. It's a tough choice.

The first 10 minutes he definitely held himself together, but boy did it spiral after that. For me, the Rosie O'Donnell thing was one of the highlights. He's had months to answer to his shitty comments towards woman and come up with a go-to response. It would have been insanely easy to say "I shouldn't have attacked her appearance, I standby my disagreements with her, but I shouldn't have taken that approach" and move on - to double down on it just left our jaws on the floor.

You'll have some true believers that just agree with whatever he says--look at the whole birther issue and how the flip didn't affect his base--but real men don't apologize just because they hurt some little girl's feelings.
