As Lyssa clunks into view, from the shadows bursts a savage beast intent on ripping out her throat. Not noticing Zarynna hiding careful in the shadows, it rushes right by in its attack.

Zarynna gets OA against F1.

Seeing the hound run right past her and hearing the contact of snarling jaw against skin, Zarryna remains within her hiding perch still maintaining focus on the larger of the hounds in view.
Gravehound, brute, undead. It will bite you, inflicting normal and necrotic damage. Standard undead resistances.
Famine Hound, skirmisher, undead. It will gnash you, inflicting normal and necrotic damage. CA bonus. Standard undead resistances.
Rot Hound, minion, undead. It will... uh, gravebite you, inflicting necrotic damage. They have an aura.

Azael stared at the nearest Famine Hound as she began to conjure up a spell. "Let's see just how you like a bit of fire!"
A shower of radiant light fell near the hound before bursting forth, enveloping the beast in its light. On the light's edges, a wall of fire began to form, locking the hound within...
Standard Action: Blazing Starfall centered on O-18.
All enemies (Famine Hound 1) within area blast 1 are targeted.
Famine Hound 1 was at full HP, and will take an additional 6 damage!
Famine Hound 1 will take 23 damage (pending any vulnerability to Radiant damage)!
There is now a zone of ground fire sized area 1 spanning from O-17. Any enemy attempting to leave this zone will take 3 fire damage.
Azael is now undergoing the Phase of the Sun. Any enemy adjacent to me at the start of my turn takes Fire AND Radiant damage equal to my Strength modifier.

From the cover of the tree the lithe drow quickly moves from her crouch to a sprint to catch most of the hounds offguard. While leaving herself open to the one hound that charged next to her, she positions herself directly behind the largest of the pack before a pitch black cloud of darkness envelops the field around her. Taking advantage of the momentary blindness of her quarry Zarryna follows up with a thundering strike across the legs of the Gravehound, pivoting around in a circle to slash again at its flank and once more at its head in quick succession. The hound has enough werewithal (or luck) to dodge out of the way of the final strike and to Zarryna's dismay the lightning bolt that freed itself from the second strike to sail over towards a rot hound is similarly dodged.
Move Action: Move to J16. Provoke OA from F1 but nothing else since the benefits of being hidden (I don't provoke OAs) last until the end of the move action. Minor Action: Cloud of Darkness in a Close Burst 1. This cloud lasts until EOMNT and blocks line of sight, all squares within it are totally obscured (total concealment), and creatures within it (G1 & R2) are blinded until they exit. I am immune to the effects of my own cloud. Standard Action: Booming Blade at Gravehound, 1d20+8+2=28 vs AC. Gravehound takes, 1d6+6+1d6=11 damage and if it moves away from me during its next turn it takes 1d6+2 thunder damage.
Action Point (taking Bravura Presence option from Caleb) - Lightning Clash: Attack 1 at Gravehound:1d20+8+2=24 vs AC, Gravehound takes 1d6+6=10 damage. Bravura Presence Free MBA:1d20+5=11 vs AC, Whiff Attack 2 at R4:1d20+8+2=11 vs Ref, Whiff
Edit: I neglected to factor in CA into my free MBA attack. It still misses (by 1).
Not possessing the skills to deftly wade into battle like his drow comrade, Caleb elects to do it the old fashioned way. Caleb moves up shoulder to shoulder with Lyssa, in case more of these undead bastards come out of the woods.
Move Action: Steps up to O19 Standard Action: At-Will Viper's Strike on Famine Hound F1
Seared by the burning lights, the first attacker lets out an anguished cry.
Blasted by storm and fury, the largest of the beasts stumbles out of the darkness. A rotting hulk of a wolf, it nevertheless manages to bear its teeth and unleash an angry howl before rushing its closest target. More undead bastards indeed leap out of the foliage, cuing off their leader, but Caleb, now alerted, was too quick for (most of) their attacks. Their rotting stench, however, is another story.
Meanwhile another creature, moving independently of the pack... a lone wolf, one might say... charges she who unleashed a maelstrom of light and fire upon its ally, undaunted by her power.
1d4+23 necrotic damage, and ongoing 5 damage (save ends)

Caleb, you are now within the Rotting Stench aura of three rothounds. If you start your turn there, you will take a -2 penalty to attack rolls, skill checks, and ability checks until the start of your next turn.
Zarynna, the Gravehound is taking your Booming Blade damage, so roll it. I can roll it from now on if that's preferable as well.
For my own reference, this post took approximately 45 minutes.
Edit: Updated with Booming Blade damage.

I assume you're fine with the OAs that both the Gravehound and Rot Hound 2 are provoking from me from leaving the spaces adjacent from me?
Bleh. I guess I should have been more specific. They shifted out of the cloud, then charged. I figure they both know you're there... or were there at some point. The Gravehound perhaps more certainly.
Edit: You're gonna whup 'em anyways!

As the hounds clamour out of the blinding darkness to try and regain their vision, the aftereffect of one of Zarryna's attacks thunders against its side.
Iados steps around his companion to get a better view of the battlefield. He sees an opening and lets lose a blast of mental energy at his targets, emptying his reserves in an attempt to take all of his targets out of the battle. He is able to insert his mental hooks deeply into the minds of two of his enemies, ripping and tearing at their confidence, making them believe that they cannot defeat his allies.
Move to R22
Standard: Augment 2 Dishearten centered at M19, Vs Will
Against G1 19+6=25 Hit, 10 damage, and it takes -4 to hit until the end of my next turn.
Against F1 Crit! Hit, 18 damage with the extra 2 on the d6 from the crit. He is dead but if for some reason he isn't, he takes -4 to hit until the end of my next turn.
Against R2 2+5=7 Miss!
Also I screwed up and didn't factor in my +1 enchantment to hit in my rolls but that does not matter in the results.
With a meager whine, the first creature to have attacked you lays down and dies.
Might want to PM Infidel about that, deadonthestreet.

Lyssa raises her sword, and aims it at the stinking Rot Hound beside her.
"These foul creatures, they are vulnerable to the purity of light!" the girl yells, before bringing her sword - now glowing with sparkling motes of starlight - down firmly atop the decaying canid's skull, shattering it with a blast of light. "Hold strong, Azael," she then calls, raising her sword to the heavens.
The Famine Hound by the Sorceress is illuminated from above, a shaft of soft, silvery light that threaded through with the dark purples and reds of an angry bruise. Suddenly, a thin beam shoots down from the sky, expanding rapidly with a vibrant, ringing sound as it cuts through the air. The ringing sound peaks, then shatters into a noise like breaking crystal, leaving a small, smoking crater mere inches from the beast. It appears unharmed, though shaken from the experience.
Lyssa stands there, open-mouthed, unable to take advantage of the situation due to shock and surprise. She did not expect her divine strike to miss.
Can you believe that Dread Star does NO DAMAGE on a miss?

Not unexpected that most of the hounds would ignore her completely what with her current invisible state, the drow runs past several trees to survey the scene from directly behind the line of hounds. Mentally marking one for later, she instead opts to charge directly past one of the hounds to reach a dessicated hound attempting to harrass her allies in the back ranks. Barrelling into it she lands a deft strike across its side drawing a fair bit of black ichor with a smirk on her face.
Move Action: Move to P16.
Minor Action: Mark Rot Hound 1 (Aegis of Assault).
Standard Action: Charge (Q21) at Famine Hound 2 (Provoke OA from Rot Hound 3), 1d20+5+1=19 vs AC, Famine Hound 2 takes 1d6+3+1d6=11 damage.
Rot Hound 3 has an OA against me; then Caleb's turn
Caleb brings his shield up, desperately fighting off the gnashing and clawing of the hounds. One manages to clamp down briefly on his sword arm, but Caleb shakes him off. He then shields his eyes as blazing fire assaults the group in front of him.
Despite the overwhelming stench from the dogs, Caleb uses his Intuition to lash out at a Rot Hound. However, the stench is too strong, causing his blade to slide just past the hound's head.
Confident that the fire hail will hold at least two of the hounds in place for another few seconds, Caleb looks lend aid to his other comrades.
Caleb offers some Inspiring Words! to Lyssa. "Stand firm, Lyssa! We'll have these beast slain yet!"

Move Action: Shift back to P20
Minor Action: Inspiring Word on Lyssa. Lyssa may spend a healing surge and heal for 7+3=10!
Seeing their leader struck down in a burst of fire and light, the smaller beasts seem to have lost the will to fight, snapping ineffectually at Caleb before attempting to slink away. The remaining creature recoils from Azael's bright form, pulls back and leaps at Lyssa's turned back.

Well, I was going to mark the gravehound but it already died :P
Where's the Famine Hound 2 getting a +2 to attack from? It's not actually flanking.
Iados eyes the two undead dogs across the field from him, and launches an attack on their minds. His blast of mental energy rids one of the hounds of the will to exist, and all remnants of unlife flee from its body. The other hound, however, is able to evade the blast.
Iados then turns to the nearby dog, and sends a message directly into its mind, stealing its attention, and opening it up to attack.

Lyssa draws strength from Caleb's words, only to have that invigorating effect sapped from her body by the hound's next bite. She shakes the beast's jaws from her forearm with a yell, then steps back, shaking her head to clear the shock from it.
"Hold fast, vile creature!" commands the Star's Paladin, touching one finger to the symbol of her faith. A lance of brilliant, glittering starlight erupts from the jewel at the star's center, squarely striking the Famine Hound in the chest. The pure 'divine' light sears the stinking flesh from its bones before dimming, though the gently pulsing beam remains, threatening to flare up again if the hound should approach.
Effect: If the Famine Hound approaches me, it takes another 1d6+5 Radiant damage.
Excellent! If it moves towards me, or attacks anyone else, it dies. Not that it breaks the bank here, but does the 1d6+conmod damage that Dire Radiance deals also benefit from Enhancement bonuses, feat bonuses, etc?
That's two 1s on consecutive terms. I have angered the stars!

I'm not actually sure. My leaning is no, but I have no real rule to back that up. Aegis didn't take it anyways. Also, I'm assuming you shift to P19, not P9, in which case R4 is going to shift to M20 and full out run to C22. It's late, so I'm not gonna bother with the map. Just keep going. I don't think I'm going to get another round, but we'll see.

No, I can shift 10 squares as a minor action! Yeah, P19, sorry. Missed the one.
Also, missed that Azael is on 15/23, not 20/23 too. Looks like the dogs were chewing on the two Radiant users by preference.

Seeing the last of the hounds in dire straights and barely keeping its corpse-self together, Zarryna swings downward in an arc to finish the creature off but is surprised to see that the creature has enough fight left in it to dodge the attack.
Move Action: Shift to P20.
Standard Action: Booming Blade at Famine Hound 2, 1d20+8=14 vs ACWhiff
Seeing the other hounds flee, Caleb turns his attention to the final Famine Hound. Using Lyssa as a distraction, Caleb quickly darts around her, flanking the hound between Zarryna and himself. He lets his instincts guide his arm, confident in his ability to finish off the hound.
Move Action: Move around Lyssa to O21. Should put him in flanking for a +2 Standard Action: At-Will Intuitive Strike versus Will. A 30 versus 12 Will! A resounding success! The longsword flashes cleanly across the Hounds neck, for 3 points of damage! Enough to slay the undead beast!
The hound, quickly dances out of reach of Zarryna's attack, only to find Caleb's intuitive battle sense has placed his blade right in the arc of his neck. The blade slides smoothly through the undead flesh, releasing a light spray of black blood. With a silent scream, the hound drops to the ground.
Ignore the second damage roll on Orokos. Messed up my dice expression.

I will go with Phase of the Sun.

At O17, G1 and R1 will have cover.
(At O18, you're dropping it right on R1. How would it get cover? You probably don't want to Dishearten Caleb either. He's a sensitive fella.)
Move to R22
Standard: Augment 2 Dishearten centered at M19, Vs Will

Against F1 Crit! Hit, 18 damage with the extra 2 on the d6 from the crit. He is dead but if for some reason he isn't, he takes -4 to hit until the end of my next turn.
Against R2 2+5=7 Miss!
Also I screwed up and didn't factor in my +1 enchantment to hit in my rolls but that does not matter in the results.

Might want to PM Infidel about that, deadonthestreet.

Azael!
Also, missed that Azael is on 15/23, not 20/23 too. Looks like the dogs were chewing on the two Radiant users by preference.
