    I am pretty sure that charity fraud, i.e. when an entity takes your money under the guise of being a charity, is a federal crime, or at least the Federal Trade Commission is involved with handling it.

    However, in this case, it was just people giving or doing stuff in exchange for someone else donating to charity. The charity is decidedly tertiary in all of this.

    Once again, just general vB, it might be different here, but usually when you infract someone, the post is marked as infracted. You could, of course, give someone an infraction through their profile FOR the post.

    On the one hand, this is exactly what I expected Tube to do. Even with the auction itself, I knew Tube had no intention of actually being the highest bidder in his own namechange, he knew we would outbid him no matter what. It was all a fun little game where we raised some money for charity and can feel good about it. I don't regret my donation in the slightest.

    On the other hand, TUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUBEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!
