Starcraft 2: PonyCraft 2 and a long PvT game on temple? Yes please!

I was wondering why no one was talking about it
my favorite part is this
It's like they don't realize that the close positions can still suck major on those maps, and the one-sidedness or lack of is totally a matter of chance. As long as the stats balance out over time!

so either taldarim or crevasse? probably crevasse taldarim is too normal, and they'll add more rocks, and gold bases, and shrink it
The only questionable removal was Sharkurus Plateau, considering it was map that produced some epic games. I wouldn't call it boring at all. But it may be a little too hard for Zs.
Obviously it's not perfect, the new maps kind of suck for example and rush position on other maps like metalopolis are just as bad as steppes but at least it's progress. And them actually willing to use a user-created map on the official ladder is a huge, huge step in the right direction.
TvZ tank pushes through the rocks could be pretty brutal, which is probably what he's referring to

He just had infinite marines. I had no idea how the hell. And every expansion was a planetary fortress with 90 turrets, and marines can be everywhere at once and...
Goddammit, I played lazily.
The first is one base colossus and he loses...though maybe he wouldn't have if he had played defensively.
The second is a masters level guy who FE's gets phoenixes, stalkers, immortals, and voidrays. He gets rolled.
Does anyone have any good way for protoss to hold this? Seriously, I consider myself a pretty decent protoss player and I have no idea how I would hold it. And I'm now like 15-0 in TvP using this strat.
Seriously I would really like suggestions....here are previous replays for reference.
how do you hold off a 4gate with 5 marines

I assume it would have the same trouble that a typical 1/1/1 build has. I don't know if I build a bunker in those reps, but generally I'll at least have a bunker. I actually did lose to a 4 gate earlier this evening, but it was by a hair...and I didn't pull any scv's to repair my bunker so I don't know.
It seems all-in ish, why not just bring your scvs with you to repair the thors/banshees?
Watch game 1 to see what the investment into stalkers and immortals looks like (it's not pretty and I even was dumb and didn't micro a thor forward to break his FF). Anyway, game 7 was actually one of the closest matches b/c phoenix eat the banshees. I don't bring SCVs b/c I have yet to have a protoss stop the push so I leave em home to make reinforcements.
Do P 4g T? I don't. If anything I'll 2unit push off a 10gate to put him on his heels early.
Hence, why 1/1/1 builds can generally be gotten away with, since in the current meta game protoss doesn't 4 gate terran, b/c the current meta game for terran is to go bio early and safely expand, which will put a 4 gater waaaaay behind.

Also, that old school footage is le awesome.
EDIT: Holy shit Tasteless's voice pre-smoking was FUCKING AWESOME!
Dude was a sexy sexy baller.
Shouldn't Idra be playing Squirtle right now? Those marathon games yesterday were pretty epic, and TLO commented on that while Squirtle was battling for his life over 6 h Idra was sitting with a beer smiling and watching
After watching game one, I think it demonstrates what can beat your push. Protoss just can not under any circumstances engage in the presence of a PDD, it burned all 200 energy thats 200 damage minimum, and it had regenerated some during the battle. Also while you think you may have wanted to break those FFs, I think it was to your benefit you didn't. Your thors all had kills with the FFs up and took no damage from all those units that get bonus to armor. Your marines spread very nicely and were in range most of the fight as well. Also it kept his zealots from doing anything but dying.
Clearly that is a very nice build and strategy though, even with the proper unit compostion to fight it, it takes protoss some micro and excellent scouting to make it work. I don't think phoenix are the answer either because thor AA is just too good compared to phoenix taking out the banshees. I think a toss who goes HT vs that build would do really well because of feedback. Never see toss go HT on 1 or 2 base so your timing really fits. Other than that there isn't a unit combo outside the ridiculous I can think of.
As a Protoss I haven't beaten any thor builds, should post the replays of Ps winning ;-)
Jinro tonight on GSL too right?
e~ GSL pre-games Kpop is on if you need it.
Yup, second match. Jinro vs HongunPrime.
I'm slowly working my way through the game after this (on a netbook that barely runs sc2), but no, this game is not interesting. Neither of you scout, and if you had, you would have noticed that his FIRST unit that was NOT a probe came out at 6 minutes. And it was an observer.
And he never used hotkeys.
That guy was a space cadet.
MC needs to beat Jinro up for last time.
That reminds me of game one.
"Mass cloaked banshees, hmmm... I better build an observer in like 5 minutes.
Also I'll ignore the banshees when we fight. Just as good to autoattack FF-trapped marines instead."
But, but MC vs Jinro!!
