Grah, this girl is so damn silly sometimes. We decided we wanted to work out together to get into better shape, so as part of that we were going to go running today. I'm in better shape then her, so I told her that she could lead and set the pace, and if she needed to walk at any point, to walk. We run for a good bit, I notice she is slowing but I keep stride with her, she keeps going, her breath starts to get a little heavy, she keeps going, her breath sounds down right ragged, I ask her if she needs to walk? She says yes, stops, is practically doubled over panting and feels light headed.
We hung out some more after that and when we parted ways she apologized for not being able to keep up with me while running today.
